With over two decades of experience as both a founder and executive, she has built, scaled, and advised across entertainment, fashion, music, and sport. Adriana is often brought into high stakes environments where discretion, precision, and execution are non negotiable, and where cultural relevance is as critical as commercial success. As the Founder of SEV'N 21, a Los Angeles based creative strategy and advisory, she operates at the intersection of vision and execution, aligning people, narrative, and opportunity to create momentum and enduring impact. Grounded in a background in psychology, Adriana brings a refined ability to read both people and patterns, building not just brands, but trust, alignment, and influence that lasts. In 2008, she founded Powered by Love, a 501(c)(3) focused on mental wellness and resilience, a mission that continues to shape her approach to leadership, business, and impact.
